    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shrinkage-reducing agent composition for hydraulic material which needs not be combined with other admixture, is inexpensive, suppresses lowering of the strength of a cured article, and has excellent shrinkage-reducing function and water-reducing function in combination. SOLUTION: The shrinkage-reducing agent composition for hydraulic material comprises the following components A and B, wherein the ratio of the component A to the component B (A/B) satisfies 99.9/0.1 to 55/45 by weight ratio expressed in terms of the solid contents, wherein the component A is at least one selected from the alkylene oxide adducts of trimethylolethane, trimethylolpropane, 1, 3, 5-pentatriol, polyhydric alcohol of four or more valencies and polyalkylene imine, and the component B is a polyoxyalkylene-based polymer.
