摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate separation of one frame from the others and insure taking of its frame when frames are piled up by forming insertion parts of a pin at required places of respective thick parts of the frames for a semiconductor device. CONSTITUTION:Pin-insertion parts 1b which are formed into each proper shape at required places of thick parts 1a of the frames 1. The insertion parts 1b are formed at several places so that a frame-taking pin 3 is easily inserted. The pin 3 is surely inserted into the insertion parts 1b of the frames which are piled up. Then the frames are separated one by one and each frame is moved to the next process. This approach facilitates and insures separation of the frames and prevents difficulties of deformations and the like.

摘要： Apparatus for transferring a fabric strip 12 from a deposit station 10 to a support base 16 includes a plate 24 having a stop ledge 28 abutting an end of the fabric strip 12. A bar 34 projects through an opening 30 in plate 24 to create a fold in the fabric strip 12. A thin plate 66 retracts against a ledge 52 to grasp the fabric strip 12. Then, the transfer clamp 14 is rotated into a position such that the plate 66 lies flush with the support base 16. The transfer clamp releases the folded fabric strip 12 in a position where it is then fed into the sewing machine 22 together with the fabric piece 18 when they are sewn together.

摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate the feeding of a sheet and automatize the separation of sheets to each layer by hooking said sheets in a hopper with the hook of a hooked belt and pulling it upward, and guiding it in a feeding direction at a defined angle by means of a curved direction changing guide. CONSTITUTION:Stock sheet pieces which enter a vibration hopper 31 from a hopper 30 are drawn near a hooked belt 33 by a blower 35 and hooked by hooks 32 and conveyed upward. Then, the sheet pieces are sent into a direction changing guide 34 by means of a pull-up roll 36 which is driven at a higher speed than the hooked belt 33. In the direction changing guide 34, the direction of a sheet is smoothly changed and the sheet is guided with the aid of the blast from a blower 37 and sent to judging rollers 40, 40. By this structure, the separation of sheets to each layer can be automatized, facilitating the feeding of sheets.

摘要： PURPOSE:To permit cloths to be lifted one by one properly and securely, by providing a pair of at least two hollow needles which appear from the bottom surface of a needle guide portion freely with a titled posture in opposite directions each other. CONSTITUTION:Hollow needles 5 have tip portions exposed from the bottom of a needle guide portion 4 and a pair of the needle tip portions travel along the needle holes defined in the needle guide portion 4 and along the direction in which they crosse each other to be pierced into cloths A. When a cloth of a second layer is attached to a cloth of an uppermost layer while the needles travel, compressed air is blown into the space between the uppermost layer and the second layer so that the cloth of the second layer is blown down securely. Since each pair of the hollow needles expanded in opposite directions are pierced into the cloth of the uppermost layer, the cloth neither falls down from the needles nor moves horizontally, whereby it is held at the bottom of the needle guide portion 4 securely.
