    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carryout a precise drilling even when there are the precision error of a machine and run-out of a drill by insetting O-rings in an appropriate place of a drill support of a stationary drill for woodworking. SOLUTION: The clearance in a sliding part between a drill unit 6 and a vertical guide 5 is set about 100 μm, and O-rings are insetted in the upper and the lower part between the drill unit 5 and the vertical guide 5. In addition, the drill unit 6 is flexibly supported to the vertical guide 5. A drill 9 is rotated through a spindle and a drill chuck 8 by driving a motor, and thus the drill unit 6 is moved forward, then the drill 9 is guided by a drill bushing 15 and precisely advances to a vice device 2. In this case, even when the axial center of the drill 9 is deviated to the drill bushing 15 due to the run-out of the drill 9, the elasticity of the O-rings provided between a ball bearing and the drill unit 6 absorbs the error about. Consequently the bending of the drill 9 does not occur.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a punching tool capable of punching dewatering holes in bottom plates of a plurality of plastic flowerpots simultaneously without using electric. CONSTITUTION:A blade tool 1 of a punching tool for punching a dewatering hole in a bottom plate of a plastic flowerpot P has a nearly cylindrical blade 2 at its tip and a pin is arranged in a hollow of the blade so as to protrude a little from the central part of the blade edge by spring force of a spring. A pot support member 12 provided separately has, in a recess on its upper face, a blade edge receive member 14 consisting of elastic body attached detachably. The blade tool 1 is pressed to the plastic flowerpot P which is set on the pot support member 12 upside down from the upper part of it so as to punch a hole in the bottom plate by the blade 2. At the time of punching, the blade edge is prevented from being damaged by butting against the blade edge receive member 14, and chips entered the blade edge are extruded by the pin.
