摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain an automation system which is high in reliability, reproducibility, sureness and accuracy and is controllable without an expansive equipment by measuring a parameter of flow at the time when liquid carrying particles passes a filter and quantizing the particles in accordance with the flow change data of the fluid. CONSTITUTION: The filter 12 is constituted to capture particles of a size above the threshold and to allow the passage of the particles below the size. A means consisting of a vessel 18, a pressure hose 28, etc., sets a flow passages for passing the fluid 16 internally carrying the particles. Further, a signal output means 39 outputs the prescribed fluid signal which is the function of the time to the flow passage running through the filter 12 as well. A parameter measuring means 26 measures the parameter corresponding to the flow of the fluid passing the filter 12 in accordance with the signal. A quantizing means 32 quantizes the particles above the threshold carried in the fluid 16 from the measured parameter and calibration data.

At least another separate container 42 is provided parallel to the separate container, the subsequent washing process is achieved for the ferromagnetic component in the container 42, and the components purified by two separate containers 21, 42 are fed to following filtering devices 61 to filter the components.

摘要： PURPOSE: To eliminate an auxiliary heat exchanger by mounting a fluid filter, a heating device for fluid and liquid impurities upstream of the filter, a device to by-pass these and by by-passing part of the fluid when generating a specified pressure difference caused by solidification of the liquid impurities by low temperature of the fluid. CONSTITUTION: A heater 12 and a filter 14 are arranged in series, and a by-pass device is placed to by-pass these. During a normal operation whole liquid such as fuel is heated by the heater 12 and then fed to the filter 14 to separate solid impurities. When the temperature of fuel is low, water contained is solidified to form particles of ice, which blocks fuel filter 14 to increase pressure in the duct 16. When the pressure difference reaches a specified limit, the fuel by-passes through relief valve 20 to join downstream of the filter 14 again. The reduced fluid stream is heated by the heater 12 to a temperature sufficiently high to melt the particles of ice blocking the filter 14.

CONSTITUTION:Treated liquid is caused to flow along one side of filters 23b to 25b in filter devices 23 to 25 by continuous feed of said liquid at a specified pressure. Then part of the liquid is caused to pass the filters to their other side to obtain a filtrate. This filtrate is supplied to a next process at a specified lower pressure than that at which the liquid is supplied, and at the same time, the remaining liquid is circulated to the filter devices 23 to 25. In this case, the supply of the liquid is stopped intermittently for a specified time. Subsequently, the filters can be washed backward without the use of an attached backwash equipment.
