摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a throwaway type membrane separation device producible at a lower manufacturing cost by transmitting a rotation force and working force in the lower direction to a spinner by driving elements made of a constant magnetic material without leaking a fluid when the spinner is rotated against a lower pivotal pin. CONSTITUTION: This membrane separating device 10 has a spinner 20 surrounded by a filtration membrane and the lower pivotal pin 42 holding the spinner 20 and having a central hole 26. Plasma is separated from the whole blood through the filtration membrane, and is passed through the central hole 26. An O-ring seal 44 is provided between the spinner 20 and the lower pivotal pin 42. The driving element 34 made of the constant magnetic material is provided for rotating the spinner 20 in response to a magnetic field generated by the permanent magnet 38 of a driving mechanism 36, making the driving element 34 generate a sufficient torque for rotating the spinner 20, and sufficiently pressing the O-ring seal 44 by transmitting a sufficient force working in the lower direction by adding the weight of the spinner 20, thus the leakage of the fluid is prevented.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the clogging of filter in a method for filtering and separating raw liquids by means of a membrane-shaped filter with its outer periphery being fixed by causing such vibration that creates a progressive wave all over the filter excluding the outer fixed periphery thereof. CONSTITUTION:Blood is introduced into a blood chamber 6 of a housing 1 from a blood inlet port 2 to be filtered by means of a blood plasma separation membrane 5, whereby the blood plasma separated from the blood is passed into a blood plasma chamber 7 of the housing 1, wherefrom the blood plasma is drawn to the outside from a blood plasma outlet port 4, while the blood from which blood plasma has been separated is drawn to the outside from a blood outlet port 3. By effecting ON/OFF control of a switch 20 by means of a switch control device 21 to cause a working rod 16 of an electromagnetic solenoid 14 to vibrate in a vertical direction, causing thereby the blood plasma separation membrane 5 to vibrate at such frequency that changes in a serrated shape, with the result that the clogging of fine holes of blood plasma separation membrane 5 is avoided.
