In that case, the bristles are supplied and packed into the die at one working station, while subsequent fusion is performed at the adjacent working station, so that the process of packing the bristles into the next die 7 can already be started during the fusion of the bristles.

On the other hand, while flexible parts 22a, 22b of the core 15 are curved respectively, the core is smoothly pulled out from the oblique flocking hole of the molded brush base product without causing unreasonableness in the core parts 21a, 21b.
