SOLUTION: In a delivery consignor box 6, a load is collected and the box 6 is unlocked once it is confirmed that pieces of specific information, i.e. information from a delivery consignor terminal 1 and deposit sheet information match each other; and information written to a 1st memory card by a delivery consignor handling branch terminal 4 and information from the delivery consignor terminal 1 and a delivery consignee terminal 2 (terminal information) are compared with each other and when at least consignor password information is coincident, the box 6 is unlocked to take the load out. A delivery consignee box 7, on the other hand, is unlocked when information written to a 2nd memory card by a delivery consignee handling branch store terminal 5 is compared with the terminal information and at least password information is coincident to make it possible to store the load and the box 7 is unlocked when the information written to the invoice of the load matches the terminal information.
