    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air supply system using natural thermal energy capable of efficiently absorbing and emitting large thermal energy. SOLUTION: An intermediate heat storage body 1000 is installed between a natural heat matrix 100 and a temperature equalizing device 101. The intermediate heat storage body 1000 has a good heat conduction coefficient and a high unit thermal capacity ratio, comprises a substance including solid, glue, liquid or gas, absorbs thermal energy of the natural heat matrix 1000 and stores large amount of thermal energy. A first fluid conduit 102 and a second fluid conduit 103 are separately installed at both ends of the temperature equalizing device 101, and an air current is transported. Temperature control is performed with respect to the passing air current by the temperature equalizing device 101. By transporting the air current to a space which is a target of temperature control, the space as the temperature control target can obtain thermal energy close to the natural heat matrix 100.     • PURPOSE:To utilize geothemal heat in order to save energy and to obtain an effect favorable from a sanitary view point by a ventilative cooling and heating apparatus used for a construction such as a building or the like, in which apparatus open air outside the building is introduced into an underground water reservoir. CONSTITUTION:The water reservoir 2 is provided in the underground of a building 1, and air from an air feed inlet 3 is delivered onto the water in the reservoir 2 to be cooled summer or to be warmed in winter and is introduced to respective rooms via a duct 5 and air outlets 6. At the bottom of the reservoir 2 is arranged a blow- off pipe 7, and air from a blower 9 is blown out from blow-off outlets 8, so that the deterioration of the water can be prevented by the movement of the water. As the blown-off air is taken from open air, sanitary problems would not arise.
