SOLUTION: In the sterilization-liquid filling apparatus for a bag having a sterilization-liquid filling line 30 in which the liquid is filled up in the film bag 1 with a filling-up mechanism 11 after sterilizing the film bag 1 having a liquid inlet section 21 made of a flexible thin film and plugged by the cap 22 by means of a sterilization device including an UV sterilization device 5, electric charge removing device 3 for removing foreign substances such as dust deposited on the film bag 1 by spraying electric charge removing air to the unsterilized film bag 1 is arranged at the upstream side of the sterilization device 5 in the sterilization-liquid filling line 30, and a dust collector 4 for sucking and collecting the foreign substances removed by the electric charge removing device 3 is also arranged.
