摘要： PURPOSE:To enable utilization of the waste material of a molded ceiling and to improve appearance, by a method wherein a gap between the molded ceiling and a sun roof trim is shielded with an opening trim extended between the opening edge of the molded ceiling and a retainer. CONSTITUTION:A molded ceiling 19, located to the inner surface of a roof panel 16, has an opening part 20 formed in a portion, positioned facing a sun roof 18, with an area smaller than that of the sun roof 18, and is attached integrally to an inner rail 11 of a roof side rail 10 through a retainer 21. An end pat 21a of the retainer 21 is projected into the opening part 20 of the molded ceiling 19, and an opening trim 22 is attached to the retainer 21 and an opening peripheral edge part 19a of the molded ceiling 19 throughout the whole periphery. Further, a sun roof trim 24 is attached integrally to the inner surface of the sun roof 18 through a bracket 25, and a peripheral edge pat 24a thereof is superposed with the trim 22. A waste material, equivalent to the opening part 20 of the molded ceiling 19 is utilized as the sun roof trim 24.
