SOLUTION: The offset printer includes: a printer unit 20 for transferring special OP varnish to a printing face by offset printing; a drier device 52 for drying the special OP varnish; and an applicator device 30 for applying clear varnish thereto, in this order to perform pseudo-embossing operation with a corrugated shape. The offset printer also includes: an input device 61 for adjusting and operating corrugated shape parameters of the embossing operation; a database 62 recording the optimum corresponding relations between the parameters of the corrugated shape and the running state of operation elements of the printer; and a control device 60 for controlling the operation elements of the printer to participate in the corrugated shape, automatically on the basis of the corresponding relations recorded in the database 62 and according to the operation input of the corrugated shape parameters through the input device 61.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a varnishing device which heightens its usability of printing device in combination with the rubber blanket cylinder and further contributes to increase the possibility of introduction of the rotary press. SOLUTION: The printing device has the varnishing device 30 together with the metering device 8 allocated in a position to be able to touch (push) down and go off (detach) the rubber blanket cylinder 2 at the ejecting side of the printing paper of the printing device, and the plate cylinder 1 and the rubber blanket cylinder 2 are so constructed to be detachable at the contact zone 6. The metering device 8 is mounted with the bearing on the side wall 11 that is equipped with the hinge joints 12, 13 and those hinge joints 12, 13 connect to either one of the coupler mechanisms 14, 15, and those coupler mechanisms 14, 15 are fixed to the hinge joints 16, 17 which are fixed on the frame of the printing device 20. The frame of the printing device 20 comprises the push/detach device 21 which pushes down or detaches off the metering device 8 against the rubber blanket cylinder 2.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flushing device for a coating unit in a processing machine, which improves a flushing effect to a coating roller adjacently arranged, and shortens remarkably a flushing time.
