    • PURPOSE:To specify easily and in a short time a hole position of a metallic plate by calculating a position of the remaining hole by using a hole position and hole pattern data. CONSTITUTION:One hole position and a hole pattern are inputted to each of various holes of a fitting bolt, a dowel pin, a hanging hole, etc. In this regard, when X and Y axial direction distances between the hole to which the position has been inputted, and a corner of the plate are denoted as x1, y1, the hole patterns consist of the first and the second patterns in which the hole exists at a position of x1, y1 from a corner of the first and the second corner parts adjacent to the corner part in which the inputted hole exists, the third pattern in which the hole exists at a position of x1, y1 from each corner in the remaining all corner parts, and the fourth pattern in the which the hole exists at a position of x1, y1 from a corner of a corner part being diagonal to a corner part in which said hole exists. Thereafter, a position of the hole for the remaining fitting bolt, etc. is calculated by using one hole position and the hole pattern which have been inputted to each of various holes of the fitting bolt, etc.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent exactly mispunching by providing a mechanism by which a punch is moved by displacement of a pilot pin provided on a punch holder and punching cannot be executed even if a ram descends, if a position of a punching material is improper. CONSTITUTION:When a punching material 20 on a die 19 is in an improper position, a pilot pin 16 does not go into a hole 21 but hits against a material 20, and a spring 17 is pressed by descent of a punch holder 1. Therefore, a large diameter part 18 passes out of an insert-through hole 12, and a slider 8 slides in the right direction in a horizontal hole 7 by a spring 15 through a bolt 13. When it slides by the length (a) of engagement to a punch 2, an engaged recessed part 10 is opposed to an engaged projecting part 6 of the punch 2, the engaged projecting part 6 is fitted into the engaged recessed part 10 by a spring 5, and the punch 2 is drawn up. When this drawing-up amount is made larger than a cutting-in amount (c) to a die 19 of the punch 2, a ram does not stop, and even if the punch holder 1 descends to a punching position, the punch 2 does not reach a punching material 20, therefore, punching is not executed.
