    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber plug for a pharmaceutical vial allowing smooth conveyance by a part feeder and surely preventing the mutual adhesion of rubber plugs for vials for storing pharmaceuticals.SOLUTION: The top surface of a disk-like cap 1A has a Shore A hardness of 25-55 and a surface roughness Ra of 2.5-10.5 μm. The adhesiveness of the top surface of the disk-like cap 1A is reduced by a synergistic effect. The rubber plug 1 for the vial is thereby conveyed smoothly by the part feeder in an inverted attitude with the top surface of the disk-like cap 1A facing the conveying surface. Furthermore, in addition to the reduction of the adhesiveness of the top surface of the disk-like cap 1A, the surface of a cylindrical leg is laminated with a synthetic resin film. Consequently, even if a large number of rubber plugs 1 for vials are packed together into a bag, mutual adhesion is prevented.
