摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, a method and an apparatus for delivering a therapeutic device (e.g., embolic coil) to a target site in a patient's body from a delivery tube.SOLUTION: A heating element is arranged in a delivery tube capable of being actuated by remote control. The heating element is coated with a layer of a low-temperature adhesive so that a therapeutic device can be held. For example, a kicker assuming a form of a compression spring is attached in the delivery tube, and brought into contact with the therapeutic device to apply a constant ejector force against an adhesive force of the low-temperature adhesive. When the heating element is actuated, the ejector force of the spring exceeds the adhesive force of the softened adhesive to forcedly push out the therapeutic device from the delivery tube.

摘要： An aneurysm repair system (700) comprising at least one bypass graft (708) configured to extend through an aneurismal sac and create a fluid flow pathway therethrough and at least one port (714) connected to and in fluid communication with the at least one bypass graft, the at least one port being operable to assume an open position and a closed position. In one embodiment, an abdominal aortic aneurysm repair device has an access port which may be utilized to percutaneously access the aneurismal sac without disturbing the repair. The access port has a self-sealing member for maintaining the port in the normally closed position. The insertion of a percutaneous device into the port opens the port.

摘要： Disclosed is a micro-coil assembly including: a micro-coil unit which is inserted into an cerebral aneurysm region of a patient and prevents inflow of blood by leading the blood to clot; a coil pusher unit which is arranged adjacent to the micro-coil unit and carries the micro-coil unit to the cerebral aneurysm region of the patient; a tie which connects an end part of the micro-coil unit and the coil pusher unit; and a tensile wire which is relatively movably arranged in the coil pusher unit and coupled to the tie to tense and cut the tie when the micro-coil assembly is separated. Thus, the micro-coil assembly has a simple structure and makes a micro-coil unit and a coil-pusher unit be conveniently and accurately separated, so that the micro-coil unit can be precisely inserted in an cerebral aneurysm region, thereby efficiently meeting a surgical operation of an operator.
