摘要： PURPOSE:To stably pile a fixed scale single plate even if its dimension is changed, by separately supporting and conveying the front part and rear half part of the fixed scale single plate with two sets of piercing conveyers and running the two sets of the piecing conveyers at equal speed to that of a carrying conveyer. CONSTITUTION:Mutually complicated parts are provided to the upper direction of a carrying conveyer 1 having a single plate detector 12, and piercing conveyers 3, 4 of front end and rear half parts are concurrently provided and attached with needle-shaped units N, then pressing units 7, 7' of front end and rear half parts are arranged to the complicated parts. Further detaching units 10, 10' of front end and rear half parts are arranged to, for instance, terminal end parts 3'', 4'' of the conveyers 3, 4, here the detaching unit 10 is arranged behind the detaching unit 10' further with their distance L' smaller than dimension L of a fixed scale single plate A and larger than its half. Then the single plate A carried by the conveyer 1 is detected by the detector 12, pieced with the needle- shaped units N by the pressing units 7, 7' and detached by the detaching units 10, 10'.

摘要： PURPOSE:To perform fork carrying reliably even if the fixed length single board is carried with high speed without space, by providing two sets of fork conveyors for front and rear ends of fixed length veneer single board. CONSTITUTION:The front end 12 of a fixed length single board A carried by a conveyor 1 is detected by a detector 12 and the detected signal will operate a press member 7 to be forked by the front end fork conveyor 3, thereafter the rear end is detected and the detection signal will operate a press member 7' thereby the rear end is forked by the rear end fork conveyor 4, thus the fixed length single board A is carried over the end 1' of the carry conveyor 1 through the fork supporting and running of both conveyors 3, 4. When the front and rear dismountable members 10, 10' are arranged with interval approximately same with the dimension of the fixed length single board A, the fixed length single board A is released almost instantaneously from each needle N by said dismountable members 10, 10' and dropped on a pile A'.
