    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a magnetic multi-stage transmission mechanism capable of simplifying a structure and carrying out loss reduction.
      SOLUTION: The magnetic multi-stage transmission mechanism includes a plurality of inner side rotors 24, 26, 28 provided on an input side member 12 and including a plurality of inner side permanent magnets 58, 60, 62 provided such that N-poles and S-poles are alternately disposed in a circumferential direction, a plurality of outer side rotors 34, 36, 38 provided on an output side member 14 and including a plurality of outer side permanent magnets provided such that N-poles and S-poles are alternately disposed in a circumferential direction, and an unrotatable stator 16 including a magnetic characteristic change part 44 disposed with column parts 46 made of a magnetic material in plural circumferential portions. A transmission part of 1 is composed by a portion having the magnetic characteristic change part 44 face the inner side rotor of 1 and the outer side rotor of 1. By movement of the stator 16 in an axial direction, a change-over can be carried out to another transmission part having a gear ratio different from the transmission part of 1.
