SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus 1 includes the first casing 2 having the first cutout part and mounted with a keyboard, the second casing 5 having the second cutout part, and a hinge part for rotatably supporting the second casing 5 to the first casing 2. The first cutout part and the second cutout part are laid in an opposite state where they are opposed through at least a part of the hinge part when the second casing 5 is located in a position of covering the keyboard. The boss part corresponding to the liquid crystal display panel smaller than this liquid crystal display panel is removed from the remaining wall in supporting one selected liquid crystal display panel to the display cover.
