摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the heat-creep at the bottom at the time of thermal sterilization by specifying, relating to a self-supporting container having a bottom part comprising a plurality of troughs positioned on an imaginary curved surface projecting toward the bottom and foot-parts positioned between troughs, the angle of opening between foot-parts which are planes perpendicular to a trough and have the trough in between and the total surface area of the bottom troughs. SOLUTION: A self-supporting container is formed by biaxially stretched blowing molding of resin and has in its bottom part 4 a bottom-center part 5 in the center and in its periphery a plurality of troughs 6 and a plurality of foot-parts 7 alternated with one another. The troughs 6 are positioned on an imaginary curved surface projecting toward the bottom and the foot-parts 7 are positioned between troughs 6 and projecting toward the bottom farther than the troughs. In this instance a plane which is passed across between foot-parts 7 and is perpendicular to the trough forms with another plane an angle θ of 65 deg. or more by which the foot-parts are open and the trough 6 is held in between and an equation S>=0.2.So is satisfied where S represents the total surface area of the troughs included within 80% of the diameter of the drum part, and So, the surface area of the imaginary curved plane included within 80% of the drum part.

摘要： PURPOSE: To prevent the heat creep of a bottom part at a time of heating and sterilization and to obtain excellent heat and pressure resistance and impact resistance by providing a thick-walled thermally crystallized part to a bottom central part and stretching the bottom part other than the central part in high stretching magnification not only to reduce the wall thickness thereof but also to orient and crystallize the bottom part and providing a plurality of trough parts and foot parts to the peripheral part of the bottom part. CONSTITUTION: Stepped parts 8, 9 are formed between the body part 3 and shoulder part 5 of a container 1 as well as between the body part 3 and bottom part 4 thereof and a thick- walled thermally crystallized part 10 is provided to the central part of the bottom part 4. The bottom parts 11, 12 other than the thermally crystallized part are formed so as to form difference in level 13 from the thermally crystallized part 10 to be stretched in high stretching magnification to be reduced in thickness and oriented to be crystallized by thermal fixing. As a result, the heat-resistant creep of the whole of the bottom part can be enhanced and a plurality of trough parts 11 and foot parts 12 are provided to the peripheral part of the bottom part. At this time, since the resin of the bottom parts other than the thermally crystallized part is drawn out to be formed into the foot parts, the reduction of the wall thickness of the foot parts can be prevented. Since the thermally crystallized part 10 of the central part of the bottom part is upwardly depressed, when the content of a bottle is heated and sterilized, the self-supporting stability of the bottle is kept.

CONSTITUTION:At least outer surface of a plastic container is formed of a blend of a plurality of olefin resins and one of the resin forming the blended article layer exists as a continuous phase and another resin exists a dispersed phase and the area fraction of particle-like article with the inner aspect ratio (the ratio of long diameter/short diameter) of the dispersed phase of at most 6 and the particle diameter (short diameter) of 0.3-20mum to the whole crosssectional area is at least 15%.
