    • PURPOSE:To prepare resin of low transmission of chlorofluoro carbon and of superior resistance to chemicals, resistance to heat and resistance to hot oil by making an inner layer of a tubular body composed of a resin composition comprising metaxylylene containing polyamide resin and a specified modified polyester elastomer and having an outer layer composed of a composition comprising polyester elastomer. CONSTITUTION:At least one layer of an inner layer is composed of a polymer containing a constitution unit composed of alpha, omega-aliphatic carboxylic acid with 4-10C xylene diamine composed mainly of metaxylylene diamine at the ratio of 70% or more in the molecule. The inner layer is composed of a resin composition containing modified polyester elastomer prepared by reacting polyamide resin containing metaxylylene, unsaturated carbosylic acid and/or unsaturated carboxylic acid derivative with polyester elastomer. The resin composition is manufactured by using (A) metaxylylene containing polyamide resin and (B) modified polyester elastomer in the range of (A)/(B) 95/5-5/95 in the weight ratio and mixing under heating. Also at least one layer of an outer layer is formed with a composition containing polyester elastomer.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a mat for ski capable of creating a condition more approximate to natural snow under adequate water spraying by folding and adhering many pieces of thermoplastic resin filaments having specific outside shapes to each other, thereby forming a three-dimensional network structural body having voids and thicknesses in specific ranges. CONSTITUTION:This mat for ski which is capable of creating the state of allowing skiing even in a summer or hot season when there is no laden snow consists of the three-dimensional network structural body formed by folding and adhering many pieces of the thermoplastic resin filaments having an outside diameter 0.3 to 7mm to each other. The voids thereof are set in the range of 80 to 98% and the thickness thereof in the range of 10 to 100mm. For example, polyolefin polymers, such as polyethylene and polypropylene, polyester polymers, polyester elastomers, polyurethane polymers, etc., are used as the thermoplastic resin. Filaments having irregular sections in cross sections or hollow filaments are used for this purpose.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a cushion material having high compression strength by using a modified cross-section filament having a prescribed outer circumferential length to provide a prescribed hollow ratio, and mutually adhering the filaments to form a loop. CONSTITUTION:A loop is formed by a filament consisting of a thermoplastic resin such as regenerated polyester resin to constitute a three-dimensional net- like structure. The outer circumferential length of the filament is selected within 0.3-15mm so that this loop has a sufficient compression strength, whereby the compression characteristics of the filament itself and the three-dimensional net-like structure are improved. A hollow part having a hollow ratio of 5-80% is provided so that the filaments are mutually adhered in the contact point. The thermoplastic resin is discharged from a plurality of orifices having the property of forming a plurality of hollow sections, the discharged filaments in the fused state are meandered to mutually make contact, and the contact parts are welded and adhered, and cooled while forming a three-dimensional structure, whereby the three-dimensional net-like structure is manufactured.
