    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat an object fluid to be heated to a target heating temperature, and prevent a returned hot medium from a heat exchange type heating section from being supercooled. SOLUTION: A heating apparatus is adapted such that operation control means G estimates third set temperature capable of heating an object fluid to be heated to a target heating temperature in the state where different heat exchange characteristics are considered in response to a relationship among first set temperature, and second set temperature where the object fluid can be heated to the target heating temperature and is capable of keeping the return hot medium temperature from a heat exchange heating section 19 beyond supercooling set temperature, and preheating temperature of the object temperature, and target heating temperature, and when detected temperature by forward hot medium temperature detection means 22 is beyond the first set temperature, second set temperature, and third set temperature, judges that heating allowable conditions are satisfied, and allows the supply of a hot medium to the heat exchange heating section 19, and further estimates the third set temperature when the detected temperature by the forward hot medium temperature detection means 22 is beyond the first set temperature and the second set temperature.

The operation control means G, when the present amount of stored hot water reaches less than the minimum secured amount, executes a judgement processing which judges heating conditions being satisfied, and once the heating conditions are satisfied, heats hot water circulated with hot water circulation means E to hot water at hot water storage set temperature in heating means 4, and stores the hot water in the hot water regenerative hot water tank 1 in the state where a temperature forming layer is formed, and further supplies the hot water stored in the regenerative hot water tank 1 through the hot water supply passage.
