CONSTITUTION:Inside a case 5 provided with a key inserting hole 11, a first operation body 14 interlocked with a key inserted through the key inserting hole 11 to perform operation of a switch element 6, and a key removal prohibiting mechanism 17 interlocked with the electromagnetic solenoid 7 to prohibit removal of the key. A second operation body 8 is also provided to be interlocked with the key to operate the switch element 6. Operation of the switch element 6 is thus performed by the first operation body 14 interlocked with the key, and the second operation body 8 interlocked with the electromagnetic solenoid 7. Removal of the key is prohibited by action of the key removal prohibiting mechanism 17 interlocked with the electromagnetic solenoid 7, thereby safety in work can be secured.

    • PURPOSE:To output an alarm signal only in the case of a consecutive closing defect exists due to a trouble by providing a contact state storage circuit receiving a state signal of a contact part over the plural number of times within a prescribed time, and storing the state of the contact part for each time. CONSTITUTION:An origin return detection switch 4 is forcibly turned on in interlocking with the origin recovery of a switch operating body 1, an origin recovery detection circuit 5 outputs a discrimination start signal SST, a contact state storage circuit 6 fetches a state data D1 of a contact part 2 for each prescribed time from the point of time and stores it. A closing defect deciding circuit 7 fetches the contact part state data D1 for each time from the storage circuit 6, and outputs an alarm signal SAL so long as it is decided that all the contact part state data D1 show opening state for the plural number of times. Thus, a consecutive closing defect due to a trouble is distinguished clearly from a tentative closing defect due to bounce or chattering and an alarm signal is outputted only at the consecutive closing defect exists due to a trouble, then misdecision as to closing defect is evaded.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a switch from malfunctioning due to infiltration of liquid by issuing a warning based on a liquid detection signal of a conductive condition caused by the liquid infiltrated into a lower position below a contact point of a switching part. CONSTITUTION:When water infiltrates into a casing 1, the level of an output of a 2nd input circuit 104 becomes continuously low (liquid detection signal), a high level of input is given from an inverter 106g to an input section of a 4th D flip-flop 106d, and a high level output is issued (a failure prediction signal S11) from the 4th D flip-flop. This high level output is outputted as a failure prediction signal S13 from a failure prediction circuit 106 to light an LED (warning mechanism) 40. Even in a condition of a short circuit of a 2nd switch section 102 due to water infiltration, a 1st switch section 101 works normally and, based on the function, a device to be controlled is operated normally by means of a switch signal S12 issued from an output circuit 107. Confirming the lighting of the LED40, a correction is performed at the time a production is stopped.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect fluid pressure with high accuracy by eliminating the fluctuation of voltage detection characteristics and to simplify and decrease the cost of manufacturing assembly operation by downsizing. SOLUTION: This sensor comprises a case main body 2 with a pressure introduction port 5, a diaphragm 7 which is housed in the case main body 2 and receives a fluid pressure Pa from the pressure introduction port 5 at its one side, and a differential transformer 8 which is housed in the case main body 2 and detects the displacement of the diaphragm 7. The differential transformer 8 is comprised of a coil spool 10 on which a plurality of differential coils 9 are wound, a plunger 11 formed of a magnetic body fitted into the hollow shaft part 10a of the spool 10 so as to be axially movable, and a press part 10d which is protrudingly provided at the end of the spool 10 and pressure-welds the outer rim part 7a of the diaphragm 7 to the inner bottom side 4a of the case main body 2, and the outer rim part 7a is sandwiched between the case main body 2 and a diaphragm press member 10c.
