摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a gas-blast circuit breaker with resistor, which has high reliability of interlocking of a main cutting unit and a resistor cutting unit at the time of closing operation and which can instantaneously sense the abnormality even in the case where abnormality is generated in interlocking of the main cutting unit and the resistor cutting unit. CONSTITUTION: A main cutting unit 2 and a resistor cutting unit 3 are provided inside of a container 1 sealed with the insulating gas. The distance Hm between a movable contact 22 and a fixed contact 25 of the main cutting unit 2 is formed longer than the distance Hr between a movable resistor contact 31 and a fixed resistor contact 35 of the resistor cutting unit 3. A first lever 6a forming a main operating mechanism connecting unit 7 and a second lever 7a forming a resistor cutting unit connecting unit 7 are connected to each other by a first coupling 81 and a second coupling 82 so as to contact with each other and so as to be integrally rotated at the time of closing operation, and so as to be separately rotated at the time of opening operation. A distortion sensor 91 is provided in the first coupling 81, and connected to a dedicated circuit or a computer as a monitoring means so as to detect the abnormality of interlocking of the main cutting unit and the resistor cutting unit.
