SOLUTION: A customer stops at a feeding position, changes over a screen of an on-vehicle display 14 to an oil feed data display screen by a changeover switch 35 in a vehicle, sends data such as an ID code or a vehicle number in a vehicle data storage means 32 to an oil feeder, unhooks a feed nozzle from a nozzle hook and inputs a reception start signal of the vehicle data to a reception/transmission means 25. Then fuel from the feed nozzle is counted by a counting means 24 for a pulse signal from a flow rate pulse generator 8, and the oil feed data is displayed on a display 9 and at the same time the vehicle data is added to the oil feed data for transmitting to the vehicle. Thus a driver can reliably see the oil feed data by the on-vehicle display 14 on a driver's seat.

SOLUTION: A guide controller 35 for inputting a vehicle sense signal by a vehicle sensor 3 selects a greeting/initial operation in oil feeding guide sound data in a storage means 34 to sound from a guide sound generator 32. At the time of sounding a customer sees the displayed greeting on a guide display 31 and understands oil feeding operation in a familiar atmosphere. Then the customer reads an oil feed card by a card reader 21, selects an oil type by an oil type key 22 and sets an amount to be fed from a key pad 23. Then customer data is input to a feed controller 19, and a feed start guide instruction is output to the guide controller 35. Then the guide controller 35, receiving this, sends a display change signal to the guide display 31 and selects a feed start guide in the storage means 34 to sound from the guide sound generator 32. Thus the customer can easily understand oil feeding operation.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed fuel oil in an underground tank at the time of a disaster and grasp an oil feed quantity accurately by providing a pump and a flow meter in a frame on a cart and providing a suction hose and an oil feed hose, both having, at their ends, respective couplings connectable to respective couplings provided to an inflow port of the pump and an outflow port of the flow meter. SOLUTION: A pump is fixed to a support frame on a base with the aid of a bracket. A pipe led from an outflow port of the pump is connected to an inflow port of a flow meter, and an oil feed quantity is indicated on a display unit. When oil is fed, a first coupling 8 provided to the outflow port of the pump is connected to a third coupling 31 provided at one end of a suction hose 7 and, further, a second coupling 11 provided to an outflow port of the flow meter is connected to a fourth coupling 33 provided at one end of an oil feed hose 10, respectively. Then, the suction hose 7 is led into an underground tank 51, and an oil feed nozzle 32 provided at the other end of the oil feed hose 10 is inserted into an oil feed port of a vehicle. Under these conditions, fuel oil in the tank 51 is sent to the flow meter with the aid of pump and is metered by the flow meter.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to limit the running speed of a tape in a simple structure when rewinding the tape and rewind the tape safely and definitely by providing a speed braking means which brakes a rotary speed when a reel is turned at a definite speed and over. SOLUTION: In a speed braking means 41 which comprises a brake arm 42 and a braking surface 23b, the brake arm 42 is turnably mounted on a pin 43. A spring 44, which energizes a brake shoe to the rotary center of a reel constantly, is provided on the pin 43. When a fence is removed, if a handle 14 of a tape 12 is removed, the tape 12 will be rewound in a case 21. The running speed of the tape 12 is increased during that time. When the frame of a reel is turned at a definite speed and over, the brake arm 42 pivoted on the pin 43 is turned against an energizing force of a spring 44. A brake shoe 42a comes into contact with the braking surface 23b formed in an inner size area of an end case 23, thereby braking the rotary motion of the reel and lowering the running speed of the tape 12.
