    • PURPOSE: To record/reproduce a moving picture without providing a FIFO in the outside by performing the rotational control of a magnetic disk and controlling the timing of an interface in synchronisim with a synchronizing signal. CONSTITUTION: At the time of reproducing the magnetic disk, the synchronizing signal from a synchronizing signal generating circuit 9 is transmitted to a CPU 7 and a terminal 6 via a switch 60. The synchronizing signal of the terminal 60 is transmitted to a hard disk controller CNT 3 and a spindle servo circuit 20. The circuit 20 performs the rotational control whose phase is locked with a vertical synchronizing signal and the signal reproduced from a magnetic disk 10 via a magnetic head 11 is transmitted to the CNT 3 via a modulation circuit 12 to be subjected to an error correcting processing. The CNT 3 transmits data to decoder circuit 91 via an interface 5 in agreement with the phase of the vertical synchronizing signal. The synchronizing signal from the circuit 90 is added to data transmitted to the circuit 91, and is video signal is sent to a terminal 90.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain the MUSE signal reproducing device in which troublesome phase matching adjustment such as use of an oscilloscope is not required. CONSTITUTION:A reproducing signal from an optical disk 101 through an optical head 102 is demodulated by an FM demodulator 103 to obtain a MUSE signal SMUSE. The MUSE signal SMUSE is fed to a TBC 104, in which jitter is eliminated and the resulting signal is given via an output terminal 117 to a MUSE decoder 200, in which the signal is demodulated to obtain a high vision signal SVo. The high vision signal SVo is fed to an input terminal 121, a phase comparator 109 compares phases of synchronizing signals PHo, PVo separated from the high vision signal SVo and phases of synchronizing signals PHr, PVr separated from the high vision signal SVr (synchronizing reproduction reference signal) fed to an input terminal 107 and its comparison error signal controls an oscillated frequency of a VCO 110. Thus, the reproduction speed is controlled to match the phase of the high vision signal SVo with the phase of the high vision signal SVr automatically.
