Further, if the level of the minimum difference signal is less than a given number, the arithmetic mean between the signal of the other field screen corresponding to the minimum difference signal and the signal of the video element X is performed with the mean circuit 9, outputting video signal rejecting noise at the output terminals 2.

The luminance level of each axis is changed to 0-Max respectively so that the three- dimensional space is defined. When the three-dimensional components of an arbitrary point are controlled respectively using the color three-dimensional coordinates fetched out by a three-dimension digitizer 1, the color light of the arbitrary point can be easily found.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent flicker and hysteresis effectively and generate wide range dimming easily by setting the repeatitive frequency of pulse signals to a point in the neighborhood of the specific value. CONSTITUTION:The duty ratio of frequency signals in the neighborhood of the repetitive frequency 120 is varied by a waveform generator 2 in accordance with the brightness level set by the user and is subjected to PWM modulation, and the obtained pulse signals are fed to a lighting circuit 3. The pulse signals are received by the reception part 5 of the lighting circuit 3 and forwarded to a changeover part 6, and a signal transmitter 8 in the lighting circuit 3 oscillates stable high frequency signal and gives it to the changeover part 6. The changeover part 6 changes over the fed high frequency signal in conformity to the pulse signal and forwards it to a lamp driver 7. This prevents the hysteresis phenomenon due to high frequency and flicker due to low frequency which are likely to occur at the time of dimming, and PWM dimming can be performed even with a pulse width which may appear both in the lighting mode and exciting mode.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a lighting system capable of evenly illuminating an object of illumination without unevenness in visual sense, by constructing the illuminator in such a manner that each of radiant light sources is allowed to radiate light other than that in a visible wavelength range and the radiated light is then entered into a fluorescent screen comprising one face of a light transmission sheet coated with a fluorescent agent so as to radiate visible light. CONSTITUTION:Plural germicidal lamps 2 radiating respective ultraviolet light are used in a light box 1 and arranged in a rectangular parallelepiped box composed of a fluorescent screen, made of a light transmission sheet 7 having a fluorescent agent coat layer 8 formed on its inner side, and a reflecting sheet 4. When an electric current in this construction is applied to each of the germicidal lamps 2 forming respective light sources so as to radiate ultraviolet light, the direct one of the ultraviolet light and the rest reflected by the reflecting sheet 4 are then entered into the fluorescent screen 3 and the fluorescent agent coat layer 8 is consequently excited to efficiently radiate light so as to convert the ultraviolet light into visible one by the exciting wavelength light of the germicidal lamps 2. This process provides an illuminator capable of evenly illuminating an object of illumination without the shadows of the germicidal lamps 2 projected on the object via the fluorescent screen 3, and without unevenness in visual sense.

    • PURPOSE:To instantly erase an afterimage by utilizing the accelerated phosphorescence and negatively accelerated phosphorescence phenomenon generated when infrared rays or red rays are illuminated to phosphors and controlling the afterglow of phosphors of a cathode-ray tube. CONSTITUTION:A slender light conductor 2 is provided near the upper side of the front glass 1 of a cathode-ray tube, one end of an optical fiber group 3 is connected along the lengthy direction of the light conductor 2. The other end of this optical fiber group is bundled into a small shape, its end face is neared and faced to a shutter 4. An infrared ray permeating filter 5 is arranged behind this shutter 4, an incandescent lamp 6 is arranged behind it. Infrared rays or red rays are illuminated during the preset period such as the vertical blanking period of the video signal. The accelerated phosphorescence and negatively accelerated phosphorescence phenomenon is effectively utilized, the afterglow of phosphors can be nearly instantly erased, phosphors with a long afterglow time are used, thus a bright screen can be obtained.
