摘要： PURPOSE:To detect a copy paper having a low light transmissivity as well as a popular one without being adverse affected by an external disturbance light by comparing the voltage of a destaticizing brush for destaticizing the copy paper with a reference voltage. CONSTITUTION:The horizontal transporting roller 1 of an electronic copying machine transports the copy paper P in the horizontal direction. A guide plate 2 is disposed between the roller 1 and the copying machine, and a direction switching plate 3 is arranged in the transporting direction of the copy paper P of the roller 1, whereby the copy paper P is transported upward by the plate 3. Plural pairs of vertical transporting rollers 4 guide upward the copy paper P transported upward by the plate 3. The direction switching claw 6 of the roller 4 guides the copy paper P to each pin 5 so as to contain it. The destaticizing brush 7 disposed on the upper side of the inlet part of the pin 5 destaticizes the copy paper P. A comparator 9 compares the destaticized voltage in a connect point (a) between the brush 7 and a capacitor C with the reference voltage V2 in the voltage division point (b) of a voltage VCC' from a terminal T, thereby securing the detection of the copy paper P.

Subsequently, at the time point t2 when copying of the page PG2 has been ended, the body control part 100a sends out the job and signal FE to the sorter control part 200a again and resets a selection of the pin to the first pin. In this way, two pages can be copies continuously, and the work efficiency is improved.

An optical mark reader 38 and an inlet change-over guide plate 39 are disposed in the inlet of, for example, a sorter 2, that is, on the upper stream side, as a post processing device. Copying paper 13 is normally conveyed to a bin 34 side but when the plate 39 is changed over to the dotted line position shown in the figure upon turning on of a solenoid 41, the paper is discharged onto a proof tray 42.

摘要： PURPOSE:To realize the visual checking to the copy state from an upper position as well as an easy treatment to the occurrence of a jam, by providing a transport device containing the upper and lower guide plates between a copying machine and a sorter and making the upper guide plate transparent with free opening and closing. CONSTITUTION:A transport device C provided between a copying machine A and a sorter B contains a lower guide plate 2 with the upper part of a transport roll 1 exposed to the surface plus an upper guide plate 4 of a transparent material which is attached by a hinge in a freely opening/closing way with the lower half part of a steel ball 3 exposed to the lower surface. The ball 3 touches light with the roll 1, and the roll 1 is driven by the sorter B via a belt 7. A copy sheet is transported between the plates 2 and 4 with the image side turned up. In this case, the copy state can be visually checked through the plate 4 from an upper position. In case a jam arises, the plate 4 is turned upward by means of a handle part 4a to easily remove the jam paper.
