      2 (i, t)) (i: symbol number, t: delay time) of a transmission path are calculated from SP (Scattered Pilot) signals for past 4 symbols including the latest symbol for the multipath of long delay time, and from SP signals only for the latest symbol for the multipath of short delay time. Highly accurate equalizing is conducted for time variation in fast speed, particularly in the case of the multipath of short delay time, based on the calculated result.
