    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent high temperature property and a rust preventing property, and control generation of abnormal noise during low temperature starting by filling the urea grease in a space in which a plurality of rollers are installed between a pair of seal rings to cover an opening at each end in the axial direction of a space between an inner circumferential surface of an outer ring and an outer circumferential surface of an inner ring. SOLUTION: This rolling bearing 11 built in a drive mechanism of a cooling fan of an engine is provided with an outer ring 17, having an outer ring raceway track 16 on an inner circumferential surface, an inner ring 19 having an inner ring raceway track 18 on an outer circumferential surface, a plurality of rollers 20 which are provided in a rolling manner between the outer ring raceway track 16 and the inner ring raceway track 18, and a pair of seal rings 21, 22. The seal rings 21, 22 are provided between the inner circumferential surface at an end in the axial direction of the outer ring 17 and the outer circumferential surface at an end in the axial direction of the inner ring 19, and cover an opening at one end in the axial direction of a space 23. The urea grease is used for the grease filled in a space where a plurality of rollers 20 are installed between a pair of seal rings 21, 22. Sufficient rust preventive agent is added in the urea grease.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve resistance for high temperature and high speed, reduce the production of dust generation, and elongate life by holding a plurality of ceramics rolling bodies between inner and outer rings through a holder, and forming a plating film of a specified thickness at least on orbit surfaces of the inner and outer rings, and the surfaces of the holder and the rolling bodies. SOLUTION: A plurality of ceramic rolling bodies are held between inner and outer rings through a holder in a rolling bearing used for a high speed rotation supporting part such as hard disc drive. Plating films of 0.03 to 20 micrometers are formed on at least the orbit surfaces of the inner and outer rings, and the surfaces of the holder and the rolling bodies. Torque fluctuation due to grease lubrication or dust generation is prevented, and abrasion between the orbit surfaces of the inner and outer rings and the rolling bodies is reduced during rotation of the bearing with such a hybrid rolling bearing Lubricancy itself can be improved due to synergistic effect of lubrication of a plating film.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at the promotion of wear resistance and low torque by impregnating a specified quantity of lubricating oil containing an oilness agent, a rust preventive and an antioxidant as much as a specific quantity at the specified kinematic viscosity, and filming this lubricating oil on each surface of an outer ring, an inner ring, a ball and a cage at the specified thickness. SOLUTION: This bearing is equipped with a plastic cage 5 in which an inner ring 2 or outer ring 3 reciprocates within one rotation, and in this constitution, it impregnates lubricating oil, containing at least one type of an oilness agent selected out of phosphoric ester, fatty acid, higher alcohol or the like as far as 0.5 to 10wt.%, at least one type of a rust preventive selected from the ester such as calcium sulfonate, barium sulfonate or the like as far as 0.5 to 10wt.%, and at least one type of an antioxidant selected from phenol and amine compounds as far as 0.1 to 3wt.%, in the cage 5 as much as 0.1 to 1.0wt.% to the weight respectively at kinematic viscosity 30 to 150mm /s at 40 deg.C, and then a lubricating oil film 6 is formed on each surface of the outer ring 3, the inner ring 2 a ball 4 and the cage 5 as far as a range of 0.03 to 20μm in thickness. With this constitution, the extent of rocking torque is reduced and, what is more, durability is maintainable.

    • PURPOSE: To contrive the high temperature, the high speed, the low raising of dust, and the long life by forming lubricant films having specified thickness on respective rolling surfaces, and arranging specified lubricating oil holding bodies in the suitable part of a cage by the specified capacity ratio. CONSTITUTION: In a rolling bearing, lubricant films each of which has the thickness in the range of 0.03 to 20μm are formed on at least inner ring and outer ring raceway surfaces and the front surfaces of rollers. In a cage 1, the rollers are held in holding parts 2 recessed at the specified distances. In this cage 1, the lubricating oil holding bodies 3 are placed on elastic pieces 4 between the holding parts 2 by occupying 1 to 10% of the bearing space. Since the lubricating oil to be used for the lubricating oil holding bodies 3 has the compatibility to base oil to be used for lubricant films formed on respective rolling surfaces, the lubricating oil and the base oil are not separated from each other, and the smooth lubrication can be obtained. It is necessary for the lubricating oil holding bodies 3 to have the shape holding properties and the consistency larger than the consistency NO.3 specified by JIS-K2220.

    • PURPOSE:To secure durability, and reduce fluctuation in torque by letting each holder be impregnated with lubricant by specified weight against the weight of each holder, forming a lubricant film of a specified thickness over the surfaces of an outer race, an inner race and each holder, and thereby letting oilness agent and rust preventives be contained in lubricant by a specified rate. CONSTITUTION:Each holder 7 is impregnated with lubricant whose viscosity is 10 to 150mm /S at 40 deg.C, by 0.1 to 1.0% of each holder by weight against the weight of each holder, and a lubricant film as thin as 0.03 to 20mum is formed over the surfaces of an outer race 4, an inner race 2, each ball and each holder. Lubricant shall contain one kind or more than two kinds of oilness agent selected out of phosphoric ester, fatty acid, higher alcohol, amine, and organic molybdenum by 0.5 to 10% by weight, and also shall contain rust preventives as a monomer or a mixed product of calciumsulfonate and beriumsulfonate by 2 to 10% by weight, as a rate to the whole of lubricant respectively. By this constitution, torque and fluctuation in torque are made small, and excellent lubrication can be performed for a long time owing to lubricant impregnated in each holder.
