    • PURPOSE:To easily check and correct the destruction and falsification of data on a data base by reading out the same data after increasing the number of accesses within the ranges of 1st-3rd data bases out of the signal contents of the deciding results obtained from a class deciding means in response to general, medium and advanced classes respectively. CONSTITUTION:In case an ID code is inputted from a card reader 32 only, a general operator is discriminated and the data on a 1st data base is read out. When an ID code and a password are inputted from the reader 32 and a password input equipment 33 respectively, a medium operator is discriminated and the data on the 1st and 2nd data bases are read out. When an ID code, a password and an answer signal are inputted fro the reader 32, the input equipment 33 and a transmitter/receiver 34 respectively, an advanced operator is discriminated and the data on the 1st-3rd data bases are read out. In such a way, the advanced operator can easily detect the destruction of the data on the data base with reference to the 1st-3rd data bases 42-44 via the advance operator even though the general operator destroys said data.

    • PURPOSE:To secure data transmission even if an optical transmission line is damaged by providing the titled network with an optical transmission line for connecting respective local stations(LSs) with a master station (MS) like a loop, individual radio communication means between respective LSs and the MS and a backup optical transmission line connected between the LS incapable of radio communicating and the MS. CONSTITUTION:The master station(MS) 12 is connected to respective local stations(LSs) 13-1-13-4 through optical fibers 14 consisting of two cores like a loop, respective LSs 13-2-13-4 are connected to respective radio transmitters 15-1-15-3 and the MS 12 is connected to radio receivers 18-1-18-2 corresponding to the radio transmitters 15-1-15-3. The LS 13-1 is arranged in an engine control room and a backup optical fiber 19 consisting of two cores is connected between the LS 13-1 and the MS so as to be used only when radio communication is disabled. The optical fiber 14a is usually used for data transmission between the LSs and the MS, and when the optical fiber 14a is damaged, data transmission is switched to the optical fiber 14a. When damages g1, g2 are generated on the fibers 14a, 14b for instance, a loop circuit is formed by the optical fibers 14a, 14b among the MS 12 and LSs 13-1, 13-3, 13-4, but the LS 13-2 is disabled to execute data transmission ased upon the optical fibers 14. At that time, the impossibility of data transmission is detected and the radio transmitter 15-1 is driven. When damages g3, g4 are generated on the optical fibers 14a, 14b on both the ends of the MS 12, connection between the MS 12 and the LS 13-1 is switched to the fiber 19 and radio transmitters 15-1-15-3 are driven.

    • PURPOSE:To detect an obstacle in all azimuths at a low cost and by a small space, by switching a main antenna for scanning most of the azimuths for offering a wide field of vision, and a sub-antenna for scanning the azimuth which cannot be scanned by the main antenna, and connecting them to a transmitter-receiver. CONSTITUTION:A main antenna 10 is driven by an AC motor 12, and scans most of azimuths for offering a wide field of vision. A sub-antenna 20 is rotated synchronously with the main antenna 10 by a DC servo-motor 22, and scans the azimuth which cannot be scanned by the main antenna 10. A servo-controller 30 controls the DC servo-motor 22. A pulse switching device 46 is switched by a main angle transmitter 13, a sub-angle transmitter 23, a main sub switching angle detector, and a sub main switching angle detector 42, and the main antenna 10 or the sub-antenna 20 is connected to a transmission/ reception switching device 43. The respective video signals which has been received by the main antenna 10 and the sub-antenna 20 are synthesized through a receiving circuit 45, and displayed as an all azimuth video by an indicator 50.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a virtual image due to the reflection of a structure such as a chimney, by selectively and partially removing the receiving signal of a region where radar beam is partially blocked by the structure such as the chimney in a radar beam partial blocking azimuth. CONSTITUTION:An antenna 10 is divided into an upper antenna 11 transmitting and receiving the radar beam of an upper region not blocked over the entire azimuth of 360 deg. and a lower antenna 12 transmitting and receiving radar beam blocked in a partial azimuth angle area by a structure such as a chimney and a radio wave is supplied to both antenna 11, 12 from upper and lower transmitters 30, 40 through a double rotary joint 13. The upper antenna 11 always transmits and receives radar beam and an electromotive shutter 70 is operated so as to allow the lower antenna 12 to transmit and receive radar beam except a section of a horizontal azimuth angle where the structure such as the chimney enters a searching visual field. A radar image is obtained by both receiving signals.

    • PURPOSE:To catch exactly a target which becomes an obstruction, and to avoid a collision with a high reliability by bringing only an azimuth to a high speed scan by a short wavelength, with regard to a target which becomes an obstruction of the own marine vessel from in a target group which has been caught by an automatic collision prevention support device. CONSTITUTION:A video data of a target group which becomes an obstruction of the own marine vessel which has been caught by an all azimuth antenna 11 of an automatic collision prevention support device 10 is processed by a calculation indicator 13, the data which become an obstruction are recognized, and the central azimuth data of the target are added to a turning device 30. Also, each data of a distance to its target, and its speed and size are inputted to a scan angle controller 25 of a partial azimuth scan radar 20. A shorter wavelength than that of a radar which has been used for the device 10 is used for this radar 20, a servo 24 is controlled by a control signal of the controller 25, and a partial azimuth scan antenna 21 executes a reciprocating scan to the target. In this way, a target which becomes an obstruction is caught at a high speed and exactly, and the reliability of a device is improved.
