    • PURPOSE:To monitor many sensor signals stably by connecting a relay unit and measuring unit with optical signal lines, multiplexing the sensor signals from electric lines in the relay unit, transducing the signals into optical signals, and inputting the signals into the measuring unit. CONSTITUTION:Sensors 3, 4 and 5 which are provided for electric lines 2a, 2b and 2c of overhead electric lines 2 having the respective phases detect the magnitudes of the voltages or the currents of the lines. The analog signals are inputted into a multiplexer 16 of a relay unit 6. Meanwhile, in a measuring unit 7, a counter 31 generates a synchronizing pulse signal in accordance with a reset timer 25. The synchronizing pulse signal is imparted to the multiplexer 16 through a photodiode 15. The multiplexer 16 inputs the electric signals from the sensors 3, 4 and 5 in accordance with the synchronizing pulse signals into an A/D converter 17 sequentially. The multiplexed signals are sent into the measuring unit 7 from a light emitting diodes 18. The light is received with a photodiode 19 in the measuring unit 7. The individual signals from the sensors 3, 4 and 5 are regenerated, and the lines can be monitored.

    • PURPOSE:To correct the loss of a transmission path without complicating the constitution on the side of a light emitter by extracting only a DC component on the basis of the output signal of an amplifying means and adjusting the mu-factor of the amplifying means on the basis of the output signal of a DC extraction means. CONSTITUTION:The output signal amplified by the first amplifying circuit 2 is outputted to an AC extractor 4 through a buffer 3 and only a measuring signal component is separated to be outputted to the second amplifying circuit 5 and amplified by the final stage amplifier to be outputted as a measuring signal. Only a DC component is extracted on the basis of the output signal of the first amplifying circuit 2 by a DC extractor 27 and the mu-factor of the first amplifying circuit 2 is controlled by a controller 28 on the basis of the output signal of the DC extractor 27. As mentioned above, since a receiving signal is corrected on the side of a photodetector, it is unnecessary to form complicated circuit constitution for controlling the quantity of the light from a light emitter to perform correction and correction can be performed by relatively simple constitution.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint meter inspection system which can rationalize the meter inspection about electricity, gas and water for reducing the meter inspection cost of them. SOLUTION: The common consumer house numbers are set about electricity, gas and water, and a terminal computer 2 carried by a meter inspector who is patrolling every consumer house is provided with a storage means 11 storing the common consumer house numbers, a storage means 12 storing the meter inspection value of the preceding month about electricity, gas and water of every consumer house, a storage means 13 storing the inputted meter inspection value of this month and a storage means 14 storing the quantity consumed in this month about electricity, gas and water, which are calculated by subtracting the meter inspection value of the preceding month from that of this month. Thus, a single meter inspector can simultaneously inspect the meters of electricity, gas and water and downloads these inspection data into a host computer 1 of a meter inspection master station after the inspector finishes his/her patrolling jobs.
