    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition having flame retardancy and heat resistance. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant resin composition is produced by compounding (A) a lactic acid resin, (B) an aromatic polycarbonate resin having a melt flow rate of ≥10 and ≤50 measured in conformity to JIS K7210 at 300°C under a load of 1.2 kg, (C) aluminum hydroxide and (D) phosphonitrilic acid phenyl ester. The ratio of the aromatic polycarbonate resin (B) in the mixture is ≥5 mass% and ≤40 mass%, that of aluminum hydroxide (C) is ≥10 mass% and ≤25 mass% and that of the phosphonitrilic acid phenyl ester (D) is ≥1 mass% and ≤10 mass%, and the composition satisfies the flame retardance level V-0 determined by UL94 vertical firing test.
