摘要： PURPOSE:To easily generate high-precision mount position data by measuring the position of a reference pin on an XY table that mount position data is based upon and determining the mount position of a mount head on the basis of the measured value. CONSTITUTION:The electronic component mounting machine which attracts a specific electronic component from a component supply part 1 by a mount head and mounts it on an object body on the XY table 2 which is horizontally movable is provided with a detection part 6 for detecting the position of the reference pin 5 for the mount position on the XY table 2. Prior to he component mounting operation, the XY table 2 is moved to below the detection part 6, which detects the reference pin 5 on the XY table 2 and records the value of movement of the XY table 2 from a machine origin to the reference pin 5. Then the mount position is determined on the basis of the measured value. Consequently, the machine offset can accurately and automatically be registered without any manual works, and high precision mount position data generation is facilitated.

Even when there is dispersion in the height of a parts feed device or there is dispersion in the height between the multi-divided parts feed parts 1, fall of suction rate or shock against parts can be prevented while shortening the suction stroke of a part and increasing the speed of sucking take-out operation and hence parts mounting of high speed and reliability can be realized.

摘要： PURPOSE:To carry out the position correcting operation for a printing board promptly and accurately by detecting the first position recognition mark with the use of an image recognition means, followed by carrying out positional correction with the use of the X-Y table so that the printing board can come at the normal position, and further followed by detecting the second position recognition mark in the same manner as that done for the first position recognition mark, and finally followed by using the rotary table to correct the position of the printing board so that the printing board can come at the normal position. CONSTITUTION:A position correcting apparatus is brought by a table 7 in to an appropriate apparatus such as electronic part mounter. First, the first position recognition mark 9a on a printing board is detected by a position recognition mark detecting section and the position of the electronic part is recognized by an image recognition method. If the first position recognition mark 9a is out of the normal position, X-Y tables 11 and 15 move the first position recognition mark 9a to the normal position. Next, the position of the second position recognition mark 9b is recognized by a position recognition mark detecting section placed in the inner part of the position correcting apparatus, and if the second position recognition mark 9b is out of the normal position, its position is corrected by rotating the rotary table 19.
