摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the electric disconnection and leak by a constitution wherein the heating device of an injection molding machine consists of a nozzle section, a front cover section, both of which provided with heaters respectively, and a heating cylinder section provided with split cast heaters. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle section heater 11 and a front cover section heater 12, both of which are made of sheathed heaters, are respectively wound onto an nozzle section 14 and a front cover section 15. A plurality of horizontally split cast heaters 13 are clamped to a heating cylinder 16 by means of bolts 17 and nuts 18 so as to pinch the heating cylinder 16 therebetween. Because the cast heater 13 is a heater cast in aluminum alloy, larger thermal capacity can be allowed to the heater 13, resulting in eliminating the electric disconnection even when the electrical range of the heater is taken a little wider. In addition, because the heater 13 consists in casting in a sheathed heater 13', neither electric disconnection nor electric leakage occurs.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the lowering of insulation resistance due to the absorption of moisture by insulators inside a tube, through cracks of glass, by producing cracks in low-melting-point glass which seals the open end of a sheath heater, and subsequently by injecting a secondary sealing agent. CONSTITUTION:The opening end of metal pipe 12 of a sheath heater in which heater terminal 11 and insulator 13 are provided, is primarily sealed with low- melting point glass 14. Next, fine cracks 15 are produced in the low-melting-point glass by heating it by an electric furnace to about 280 to 350 deg.C. After this, while the surface temperature of metal pipe 12 is maintained approximately at 50 deg.C or above, a secondary sealing is given by using silicone rubber 16. Next, during the time in which silicone rubber solidifies, a lead metal is spot-welded to terminal 11, and then this lead metal is cooled in the atmosphere and silicone rubber 16 is let natural solidification.

SOLUTION: The electrode paste is obtained by kneading and dispersing a positive electrode active material composed mainly of lithium contained transitional metal complex oxide, a conducting agent, a viscosity bodying agent and a binder. In the electrode paste, the weight of the conducting agent is made W1 and the weight of the binder W2, the two are kneaded in the kneading and dispersing, so that the weight ratio of the two is M=W2/W1>0.65.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an electrode for secondary battery of nonaqueous electrolyte, which has no such problems as shrinking or swelling of active materials for a cathode and an anode when charging or discharging, followed by increase for contact resistance between an active material and a metal collector while reducing cyclic characteristics in charging and discharging. SOLUTION: For the electrode for secondary battery of nonaqueous electrolyte, the process of manufacturing it is designed in such ways that the temperature of thermal treatment with the electrode should be higher than the melting point of binders and the treatment should be done at higher temperature than softening temperature for the metal collector of electrode, and this thermal treatment should be done before the process of rolling.
