The downstream side of the auxiliary pipe is raised inside the downstream-side inverted-siphon chamber in a state wherein a sufficient passage is secured round, and the auxiliary pipe communicates with downstream-side sewerage by making an upper end on the downstream side of the auxiliary pipe serve as an outlet 21.
