A program number and barrier data address converting means 17 determines the corresponding barrier address based upon the inputted program number, designates the necessary address of a barrier data group 13b stored in a memory part 12 and reads barrier data am-cm into a data reading means 14. A deciding means 15 compares the tool position command obtained by decoding and processing the processing program and the barrier data read into the data reading means 14, and when the tool is shifted over the barrier data to a machine 5 side, the means issues the alarm and stops the shifting of the tool.

    • PURPOSE:To enable to punch the data hole train or sprocket hole train at the normal position of unpunched tape, by locating the sprocket reference pins at asymmetrical positions at the both sides by taking the punched position as a center. CONSTITUTION:The distance l3 between the guide holes 7 and the reference pin 5 is taken as (r-1)X2.54mm. to punch sprocket hole h1 on unpunched tape 10. Next, the tape is shifted left and the sprocket hole h1 is inserted with the reference pin 4 to punch the sprocket hole h2. Further, the tape is shifted right and the sprocket hole h2 is inserted with the pin 5 to punch the sprocket hole h3. Furthermore, the sprocket hole h3 is inserted with the reference pin 4 to punch the sprocket hole h4 and the sprocket hole h4 is inserted with the reference pin 5 to punch the sprocket hole h5. The punching stated above is repeated to punch (n-1) consecutive sprocket holes, allowing to punch the sprocket hole train in 2.54mm. pitch by using the reference pin 4 on and after n-times.

    • PURPOSE:To freely prepare an information group for the numerical control device, by using a format which can be recorded by an ordinary typewriter. CONSTITUTION:When the correspondence table of tool number and rotary angle is punched by use of an ordinary typewriter in accordance with the predetermined format, the angle information is recorded in a paper tape which is an information input medium 1. The contents of this input medium 1 are read out by the reader 2, thereafter, they are provided to the instruction decoder 13. Subsequently, after this input is decoded in a accordance with the format, the angle information which has been recorded in the input medium 1 is stored in the angle information storage device 11. In this way, since the format which is recorded in the information input medium can be realized by an ordinary typewriter, the angle information group can be prepared freely by a programmer or an operator.
