    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration air conditioner for preventing degradation of a system COP without degrading compressor efficiency and a refrigerant heat transfer coefficient in an evaporator even when a refrigerant which increases a discharge temperature is used, and provide a four-way valve suitable for a refrigeration cycle using the refrigerant which increases the discharge temperature. SOLUTION: The refrigeration air conditioner is provided with a refrigerant circuit formed by connecting a compressor, condenser, throttling device, and the evaporator by refrigerant pipes, a casing for housing at least the compressor, condenser, and throttling device, a heat insulating material for a compressor for covering a shell of the compressor, and a low temperature side heat insulating material for covering at least a pipe or a container housed in the casing out of pipes or containers arranged from the evaporator to a suction port of the compressor in utilizing cold heat of the evaporator so as to thermally separate from the shell of the compressor. The air conditioner is further provided with a low temperature side heat insulating material for covering at least a pipe or a container housed in the casing out of pipes and containers arranged from the throttling device to the evaporator.
