摘要： PURPOSE:To visually understand the degree of the remaining flux in a part in a relatively easy manner after soldering the part which is required to be soldered by using the flux for soldering containing the fluorescent substance. CONSTITUTION:The degree of the remaining flux in the printed circuit board for a motor after passing the soldering process and the cleaning process using the flux containing 0.1wt.% fluorescent substance fluorescence, i.e., the flux cleaning and removing process, the city water rinsing process, the pure water rinsing process, and the drying process is confirmed through irradiation by an ultraviolet ray lamp. In addition, the part is dipped in n-hexane to extract the flux, and the degree of fluorescence of n-hexane is measured by a fluorescence meter to understand the remaining amount of the flux in the whole part.

摘要： PURPOSE:To perform a coating having a higher insulation reliability on a printed board even in a highly humid environment by incorporating a conductive component using an alicylic epoxy by a method wherein a chelating agent and the alicylic epoxy are singly added to a coating material at a prescribed amount or the chelating agent and the alicylic epoxy are mixed at a prescribed amount to add to the coating material and a complex, which is stable to a conductor metal and solder, is made to form of the chelating agent. CONSTITUTION:A conductor metal layer 2 is formed on the surface of a substrate 1, a chelating substance layer 5, which is formed with a moistureproof coating material and a conductor metal layer, is formed on the surface of the layer 2, an activator- containing solder flux resin layer 4 is formed in the surface layer of the layer 5 and a moistureproof coating material is formed in the surface layer of the resin layer 4. As the material for the moistureproof coating material, a main coating material is used, a chelating agent, which consists of a betadiketone and the like, a betaketoester and the like or the like, and an alicylic epoxy are singly added to the main coating material at 1wt.% or higher or the chelating agent and the alicylic epoxy are mixed and the mixture is added to the main coating material at 1wt.% or higher and thereafter, a coating is performed on a printed board using the main coating material as the moisture proof coating material.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a defective short-circuit due to the deviation of winding by forming an aluminum oxide insulating film on the surface of an aluminum case. CONSTITUTION:When the removal of the press oil of the case for a press- worked aluminum electrolytic capacitor and an insulating film forming treatment are simultaneously conducted, the surface of aluminum is oxidized by dipping the material into the chemical solution mainly composed of sodium silicate. As a result, the press-oil removal and the insulating film formation can be conducted simultaneously. As an aluminum oxide insulating film is formed on the surface of an aluminum case 1, a defective short-circuit can be prevented even when there is a winding deviation on the inside capacitor element 2.
