摘要： PURPOSE:To increase the reliability of the electric insulation of a transformer and make the winding between an anode and the low-voltage side of the secondary coil unnecessary by forming a transformer supporting bed with a metal conductor, setting the anode of a magnetron and one end of the secondary coil of the transformer to the same potential, and grounding cores. CONSTITUTION:Cores 5, 6 are fixed by a metal fixture made of brass and a supporting bed 11 made of Al. A high-voltage capacitor 12 for double-voltage rectifying and a diode 13 are connected to the high-voltage terminal side of the secondary winding 9, and the cathode of the diode is caulked on the supporting bed 11 together with one terminal 14 of the secondary winding 9. The metal fixture 10 is fixed to the supporting bed 11 with nuts 15. The cores 5, 6 and the supporting bed 11 are set to the same potential according to this constitution, the potential of the cores is stabilized, the insulation reliability is increased, and no winding is required between the anode of a magnetron and the low-voltage side of the secondary coil of a transformer. Since the metal fixture 10 and the supporting bed 11 are nonmagnetic materials, the heating by the leakage magnetic flux from the gap 7 of the transformer is little.

摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten a heating time and to remove excessive quality in constitutional parts by equipping a power converter, which has one semiconductor element and changes commercial source power into high-frequency power, a semiconductor element controlling part, an electric wave radiation part, a start-up controlling part, and using a means for detecting a state ahead of the starting operation so as to provide a start-up signal. CONSTITUTION:A switching operation is given to a transistor 28 by a signal of a controlling part 34, so that a high-frequency voltage is generated on a primary coil 35 of a boosting transformer 27, and it is raised and rectified so as to oscillate a magnetron 32. A signal is sent to the start-up part 34 from a current detector 36. In the start-up part 34, a state ahead of the starting operation is detected by a thermistor, and an on time of the transistor 28 is controlled by the use of an error between this signal and a reference signal, so that an input current is kept to be a prescribed value and that an output of the magnetron 32 is controlled. When a heating start command 40 is given to a start-up controlling part 41, electromagnetic wave energy is generated with a large output for a prescribed time at the beginning of the operation in the part 41, so that a heating time can be shortened. Cooling function of constitutional parts and quality in heat-resisting specifications can be made appropriate to remove excessive quality.

The inverter operating condition when a heating coil 12 is operated and the inverter operating condition when the high-voltage transformer 13 is operated can be independently optimized respectively, and dielectric heating and induction heating can be concurrently performed. The cooking performance can be thereby improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the loss due to the heating by providing a shield plate made of a nonmagnetic conductor such as ferrite core, aluminum, or copper between an exciting coil fixed on the upper plate of a heating chamber and the upper plate of the heating chamber. CONSTITUTION:A ferrite core 3 is provided below an exciting coil 1, a shield plate 4 made of a nonmagnetic conductor such as aluminum or copper is provided below it and fitted to the upper plate 8 of a heating chamber 15. The leakage of the high-frequency magnetic field to the lower side of the exciting coil 1 is suppressed by the magnetism shielding ferrite core 3, and the high-frequency magnetic field not completely shielded by the ferrite core 3 and leaking to the lower side is almost completely shielded by the generation of the induction current on the shield plate 4 and does not reach the upper plate 8 on the heating chamber 15. The heating of the upper plate of the heating chamber and the loss resulting from it can be thereby reduced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten the rising time of a heater when a magnetron is cold by performing control so that the specified value is attained by output of a voltage sensing means, which senses the resultant voltage of a voltage generated in a sensor winding, furnished at a part of the high tension side winding, and a voltage generated at the two ends of a current sensing resistance. CONSTITUTION:A high tension power source control means is provided to perform control so that the specified value is attained by the output 12 of a voltage sensing means, that senses either the voltage generated in a sensor winding 5a, in which an inverter circuit is installed at a part of the high tension side winding of a transformer 5, or the resultant voltage of it and a voltage generated at the two ends of a current sensing resistance 9 inserted between the high tension side winding and a high frequency oscillator. That is, the voltage generated in the high tension winding is controlled to a constant value until a magnetron 7 begins oscillating, and when oscillation is started, the current is controlled and power control of the magnetron 7 is carried out. Accordingly start of magnetron oscillation actuates switching into power control regardless of whether the magnetron is cold or warm, so that input power to the magnetron will attain the rated value in optimum time.

摘要： PURPOSE:To compact a power source device by using FET having a conductance modulation function as a switching element in constitution driving magnetron with a switching element. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor switch 40 composing an inverter is driven with a drive circuit 9. The output of the switch 40 is supplied to a magnetron 15 producing a high frequency electric power via resonance circuit composed of a condenser 5 and a pressure rise transformer 6. In such constitution, FET 40 having a conductance modulation function is used as the switch 40. FET 40 is equivalent to the series connection of MOSFET 40a and a diode 40b, and the conductance modulation with a small number carrier is produced by the diode function. This causes an on resistance between C and E and drive electric power in the drive circuit 9 to be decreased. Thus a power source device can be compacted.
