    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a rush current during recovery and to prevent the occurrence of stress in circuit configuration parts, even though a disturbance has occurred during instantaneous power interruption, by detecting the state of power interruption of input AC voltage, and by transferring a second switching means to non-conduction state by a confirmation signal for power interruption state. SOLUTION: When a power interruption state occurs, power interruption state detection means 24 detects a power interruption state and outputs a power interruption state confirmation signal. If switch transfer means 23 receives this power interruption confirmation signal, then it is processed with priority before a DC voltage confirmation signal output from a DC voltage detection means 22, and a second switching means 10 of a rush current prevention circuit 8 is transferred to non-conductive state. Then, the power supply is recovered and the current flows through an AC power supply 1, rectifying circuit 2, a choke coil, a first switching means 5, a current limiting resistor 9, a rectifying circuit 2 and an AC circuit 1, even when first switching means 5 is in conductive state. Because of this, the rush current is suppressed by the current limiting resistor 9.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a power factor and to obtain a higher output by increasing the conduction angle of an input current by simple control.
      SOLUTION: This power supply device includes: rectification circuits 3a-3d, reactor 2; a first switching means 8 and a second switching means 9, which connect and interrupt current paths; a power-factor improvement capacitor 5 connected between AC input and DC output terminals of the rectification circuits 3a-3d; a phase improvement capacitor 6 connected between the AC input terminals of the rectification circuits 3a-3d; a smoothing capacitor 4 which smoothes an output voltage of the rectification circuits 3a-3d to obtain an approximate DC voltage; an AC voltage detection means 32 which detects a voltage value of an AC power source 1; and a switch control means 30 which controls the first and second switching means. The switching control means 30 turns on the first switching means 8 when receiving a first voltage value detected by the AC voltage detection means 32, turns on the second switching means 9 when receiving a second voltage value, and outputs a pulse signal for turning off the first switching means 8 and the second switching means 9 when receiving a third voltage value.

      SOLUTION: The power supply unit comprises a reactor 2 connected with rectifier circuits 3a-3d, a first switching means 8 and a second switching means 9 for connecting/interrupting a current route, a power factor improving capacitor 5 connected between the AC input terminal and the DC output terminal of the rectifier circuits 3a-3d, a phase improving capacitor 6 connected between the AC input terminals of the rectifier circuits 3a-3d, a smoothing capacitor 4 for smoothing the output voltages from the rectifier circuits 3a-3d to obtain a substantially DC voltage, an AC voltage detection means 32 for detecting the voltage value of an AC power supply 1, and a switch control means 30 for controlling the first switching means 8 and the second switching means 9 wherein the switch control means 30 turns the first switching means 8 on by receiving a first voltage value detected by the AC voltage detection means 32 and outputs a pulse signal for turning the second switching means 9 on by receiving a second voltage value.
