      SOLUTION: The dispersant for the hydraulic compositions includes a polymer which is prepared by copolymerizing a specific monomer 1 of an ethylenic unsaturated carboxylic derivative and the like having a polyoxyalkylene group, a phosphoric acid monoester monomer 2, a phosphoric acid diester monomer 3, and an unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer 4 under a pH condition of not greater than 7, and has a ratio (Mw/Mn) of a weight average molecular weight (Mw) to a number average molecular weight (Mn) of 1.0-2.6.

      n -R (wherein, R is a hydrogen atom, a fluorine atom, or a monovalent hydrocarbon group optionally having a substituent; AO is a 2-3C oxyalkylene group; n is a number-average value and shows the number of 2-200, and n pieces of AO may be the same or different). The admixture for a hydraulic composition comprises a water soluble polymer obtained by phosphorylating the above polymer by a phosphorylating agent. Further, the hydraulic composition comprises the admixture.
