In this vibration escaping support 30, as the high damping elastomer is disposed on the inside and outside of the constrained body 41, the width of the constrained body 41 can be sufficiently extended after a necessary amount of the high damping elastomer is disposed. Also, at the high damping elastomer 35 has a higher vibration damping effect, compared with 36, the necessary amount of the high damping elastomer is reduced, and the height of the vibration escaping support 30 can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE: To improve the durability of a movable fire resistant layer to horizontal vibration and maintain the fire resistant performance for a long period by providing the movable fire resistant layer with fire resistant materials laminated slidable to each other around a base isolation device mainbody.
