摘要： PURPOSE:To make a stepless speed change gear excellent in durability and capable of positively cutting off transmission, by providing an infinitely variable gear that can be changed over to rotate forward or backward and allow only the forward rotation of said gear to be transmitted to a forward and backward movement change-over mechanism by a one-way clutch. CONSTITUTION:The infinitely variable gear 12 that can be rotated forward and backward and consists of a belt type stepless speed change mechanism 14 and a planet gear mechanism 20 is provided, and the one-way clutch 13 is provided which transmits the forward rotation of the gear 12 to the forward and backward movement change- over mechanism 11. Thus, in the gear 12, since the transmission of the backward rotation of an output shaft 17 to the mechanism 11 can be cut off by the clutch 13, the relationship between the operation amount (x) of the stepless speed change gear 10 and the rotational speed (V) of the output shaft of the clutch, that is, the output shaft 22 of the stepless speed change gear 10 becomes as shown in the figure, and the backward rotation speed change operation region (a) for the gear 12 becomes the operation region for cutting the transmission. Therefore, if there is any backlash or the like in the interconnecting mechanism for the gear 10 and the operation device, the state of the cutting of the transmission of the gear 10 can be effected positively.
