SOLUTION: The number of revolution of a spindle 16a is determined from information of a tool 12a (S106), the resonance number of revolution of the spindle is determined (S114) and when the number of revolution of the spindle and the resonance number of revolution of the spindle closely resemble with each other (S116: Yes), the number of revolution of the spindle is changed (S118). Therefore, working can be performed by the high number of revolution in a short time without generating trouble such as seizure of a bearing by resonance of the spindle using the high speed machine.
