    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heavy oil modification device that prevents a heavy component from being mixed into a light component and prevents the heavy component from being extracted to the outside in case a liquid level of the heavy component generated in a reaction vessel of the heavy oil modification device rapidly increases.
