    • PURPOSE:To increase a processing speed, and to reduce a memory capacity, by generating the interpolation value of an interpolating point by adding a constant obtained from a memory, on a one preceding interpolation value at every interpolating point. CONSTITUTION:A subtraction circuit 11 operates the differential value of digital data. A ROM6 outputs an increment D multiplied by 1/N setting the differential value as an address at every interpolating point, and a ROM7 outputs the rate input pulse R of a binary rate multiplier BRM8 setting the differential value as the address. The BRM8 frequency-divides an input frequency, and through FFs 10 and 11, inputs an interpolation value correcting pulse CA to an adder circuit 4. The adder circuit 4 adds the increment D, and the pulse CA, on the interpolation value of the preceding interpolating point obtained from a latch circuit 9, and generates the interpolation value. A selector 5 selects the output of the circuit 4, and sends it to the circuit 9, then outputs an output H. In this way, the processing speed can be increased, and the capacity of the ROM can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To detect welded parts at a high accuracy by a method wherein output of an amplifier is memorized with invariable analog-digital conversion when reflected waves are attenuated most with the rotation of a steel pipe and determined to coincide with the value being memorized. CONSTITUTION:A steel pipe 1 is rotated with a turning roller control circuit 13. A signal received with a probe is amplified with an amplifier 8 and sent to a comparator 9 and an analog-digital converter 14. The signal is compared with a set value L by means of the comparator 9 and when the output of the amplifier 8 is below the set value, the analog-digital converter starts to work and the lowest value with a comparator 15 is latched with a latch 16. When the output of the amplifier 8 is larger than the set value L, the operation of the analog- digital converter 14 is stopped to halt the rotation of the steel pipe. Then, as the output of the amplifier 8 lowers below the set value L, with the rotation of the steel pipe 1 in the opposite direction, the analog-digital converter 14 is operated to allow a data coincidence detection circuit 17 to determine that the latch 16 coincides with the analog-digital converter 14 and a signal is outputted to stop the rotation of the steel pipe.

    • PURPOSE:To minimize turbulances of the cooling wind inside the motor, by performing cooling of the car blower composed of a motor, fan, and intake case through utilization of negative pressure at the suction part of the blower. CONSTITUTION:A fan 2 is housed in an intake case 3 and driven by a motor 1. A wind duct 9 is furnished at the throat part 11 of the discharge hole of intake case while another wind duct 10, in the side face part 12 of intake case, where one end of the wind duct 9 is connected to a draft pipe 4 for sending the cooling wind into the motor while the other end is located in the main stream at the suction hole 8. Because the suction hole 8 is given a negative pressure by the rotating fan 2, the air in the motor is sucked out through the wind duct 9. The wind duct 10 allows from a small hole 6, a flow of the air having a certain velocity of stream, and because a throat is provided at the part of communication with the wind duct 9, it encourages suction of the duct 9.

    • PURPOSE:To rearrange upper and bottom positions of each member to enable a scroll delivery port to be selected in right and left directions, by forming an opening, able to communicate with an inside/outside air switching case, respectively in each upper and bottom member which forms a scroll casing connected to the inside/outside air switching case. CONSTITUTION:A blower, when it is in manufacture, first forms an inside/ outside air switching case 1 having inside air introducing ports 4a, 4b, outside air introducing ports 2a, 2b and inside/outside air switching doors 10, 11. Next the blower, unifying plural scroll members 3a, 3b, forms a scroll casing 3. Subsequently, a centrifugal fan 7, driven by a blower motor 5, is built inside the casing 3. Then a main unit of the blower is assembled by connecting the switching case 1 to the casing 3. The blower provides each opening part 32, 33, able to communicate with the switching case 1, to be respectively arranged in each scroll member 3a, 3b. The blower, rearranging upper and bottom positions of each scroll member 3a, 3b, enables a scroll delivery port to be selected in either right or left direction.
