摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a plant monitoring controller and a monitoring method recognizing the actual condition of a plant facilities equipment for an operator and effectively supporting the operation. CONSTITUTION:By the plant monitoring controller 2, information from a plant 1 is fetched, and the information processed and judged by a plant condition data base formation processing part 4 and formed as a plant condition data base, and the data base is referred to plant display information in a storage device 6, and display data are edited by a display data editing processing part 9 and displayed on a CRT display device 11 through an image processing part 10 and stored time-sequentially in the storage device 6 as well. Although the operator watches a CRT screen display 12 and monitors and controls the plant facilities, figure data corresponding threedimensionally to the actual equipments of the plant facilities are stored in the storage 6 as the fixed information 7 of the plant display information, and by the plant monitoring controller 2, the equipments are displayed three-dimensionally, and the plant condition, etc., are color displayed on that.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to input information from a power system until input information of master and slave stations matches each other when input information of the master and slave stations out of parent stations is different each other. CONSTITUTION:When a condition is changed in a power system 10, information of the condition change is transmitted from a child station 12 to parent stations 20 and 22 through a HDLC line 14. In this case, the parent station 20 sends a request for telling receiving information to the parent station 22 every input information, and the parent station 22 sends receiving information to the parent station 20. When receiving information of each parent station is different, the parent station 20 transmits information for resending information of the condition change to the child station 12 regarded as a receiving error, and information of the same condition change as information previously transmitted from the child station 12 is again transmitted to each parent station 20 and 22. This processing is repeated until receiving information of each parent station 20 and 22 matches each other.

摘要： PURPOSE:To predict in an accuracy sufficient in practice in on-line by dividing a power system into a self-system and an external system, allowing the line of an adjacent external system to become a loop with respect to the self-system to remain at a connecting point of the self-system to the external system, and predicting change of power or the like. CONSTITUTION:A state before the change of a system is first obtained. Then, a simplifying model of an external system for calculating a variation is formed, and an internal system is altered to cause the change. As the model of the external system, only nodes B1, B2, B3, L1, L2 of the branch of a loop remain, and those of serial connection except them are deleted. Accordingly, the impedance of the branch is of the value added with serial values. Thereafter, they are calculated simultaneously for a whole system, and its change is obtained. Eventually, the state before the change is superposed on the variation to obtain the inner state after the change.

The information to be compared is a serial number given at the head of each data and when the difference between [this-time input data serial number] and [last received data serial number] is ''1'', the input data of a corresponding circuit is considered to be the first-comer and set in the received data area of device 5. Thus, the absence of received data in circuit switching is prevented.
