    • PURPOSE:To obtain a X-ray pickup device having good operability and high resolution by selecting a diameter of the maximum input visual field of a X-ray fluorescent multiplier tube, a diameter of an output image, and a ratio of both the diameters from a specific value range respectively. CONSTITUTION:High resolution of a X-ray I I is needed for improving resolution of a X-ray pickup device, and the resolution of the whole X-ray I I can be bettered when a diameter of an output image of an output fluorescent screen of the X-ray I I is selected to 50-60mm. An image on an input fluorescent screen is reductionally imaged on the output fluorescent screen in the X-ray I I, consequently a ratio of both has a great influence on the resolution. A diameter of the maximum inlet visual field, nearly equal to an aperture dimension of the X-ray I I, is made the X-ray I I for actual time digital radiography, 10-18in., and a reduction rate M of 5-7 times is selected. A dimension in a depth direction is limited to 700-800mm when the X-ray I I and a distributor are connected, enabling the X-ray pickup device to be mounted on a former TV camera. This constitution can obtain the X-ray pickup device having good operability and high resolution.

When Ec1 of each image pickup tube is changed in a range from maximum to minimum under the condition of incidence of the light with random constant intensity, a detecting means 2 detects a value Ec1o of Ec1 at the time that a signal current value Iso and Ib are changed. A scaling means 3 specifies a value of Ec1 of the detected Iso at Ec1o, and scales so that the typical characteristic stored in the storage means 1 passes on a point of Iso.Ec1o. An output means 4 outputs the scaled Ib characteristic to the outside. A measurement with high accuracy and repeatability can be thereby performed.

    • PURPOSE:To equally record by either one of a skip scanning system or a sequential scanning system by storing an output signal from a TV camera in a picture memory as a digital by an A/D converter and carrying out the reading and the writing of a picture memory by respectively individually shifting the phase of an address. CONSTITUTION:When the output signal of the TV camera of the sequential scanning system is recorded on a video tape recorder, the writing to the picture memory is successively carried out to the scanning. The reading of data is attained by reading an odd number line and then reading an even number line. The output signal of the X ray TV camera 1 is converted into the digital signal in the A/D converting part 2, passed through a selection circuit 3, guided to an arithmetic control circuit 4 and stored in the picture memory 5. The output of the picture memory 5 is guided to a data converting part 8, converted into a signal for recording, thereafter, supplied to the video tape recorder 9. A reproduced signal from the video tape recorder 9 is converted into an original picture by the data converting part 8, passed through the selection circuit 3 and guided to the arithmetic control circuit 4.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a radiation image photographing apparatus wherein restriction to the aberration of an optical lens can be reluxed and a continuous image photographing in a large field of view to an radiation is possible by providing a curved face structure to a fluorescent screen. CONSTITUTION:A curved fluorescent screen with a concave face to an optical lens 20 side is used as a fluorescent screen 10. In addition, the shape of the curved face of the fluorescent screen 10 is a rotationally symmetric curved face to an axis connecting an X-ray tube focus of an X-ray tube 5 and a center of the optical lens 20. By using this screen, it is possible to decrease an optical system contg. the optical lens 20 and to decrease the influence of curving of an image face and a strain of the image on a focused image. Therefore, the optical lens 20 can be made close to the fluorescent screen 10 and an image with a high brightness can be made on an image detecting face of a video camera 30. Furthermore, as the aberration is small, an image with a high quality can be detected and, as the results, photographing of an image over a large field of view which is hardly realized by using X-ray becomes possible.
