    • PURPOSE:To improve the capability of assembling field magnets, by using two holder members, each of which is provided with protrusions as many as field magnets, and by holding the field magnets on the inner peripheral surface of a yoke in the state of squeezing the protrusions in between the field magnets. CONSTITUTION:When assembling a magnetic field system apparatus for magnet motors, in the state of standing a yoke 2, one magnet holder 1 is so inserted into the yoke 2 as to turn its protruding parts 1B upward. Then, four field magnets 3 and four auxiliary magnetic poles 4 are inserted into the yoke 2 from above it along its inner peripheral surface, and their end parts are squeezed respectively in between the protruding parts 1B of the magnet holder 1. Subsequently, the other magnet holder 1 is so inserted into the yoke 2 as to turn its protruding parts 1B downward, and its protruding parts 1B are squeezed respectively in between the field magnets 3 and the auxiliary magnetic poles 4. Further, the other magnet holder 1 is pressed enough against the lower magnet holder 1. As a result, the four field magnets 3 and the four auxiliary magnetic poles 4, in the state of them being sandwiched between the twin magnet holders 1, are pressed from their lateral sides against the inner peripheral surface of the yoke 2, by the four protruding parts 1B. Thereby, they are held in the state of them being positioned on the inner peripheral surface of the yoke 2. Further, a bonding agent is filled into recessed groove parts 1D of the upper magnet holder 1.

    • PURPOSE:To stop an armature for a short time and suppress the occurrence of noise and the abrasion of a sliding section during coasting rotation by utilizing the voltage generated by the armature of a DC machine during coasting rotation, forming a short circuit, and applying a high load to the DC machine. CONSTITUTION:When a key switch 4 is closed, a battery 3 is grounded through the voltage coil 21 of an electromagnetic switch 2, and a DC machine 1 is excited through a current coil 22. A pinion is engaged with the ring gear of an engine, a moving contact 23 is closed to fixed contacts 24 and 25 side, and the engine is started by the armature 11 of the DC machine 1. When the key switch 4 is opened, the engagement between the pinion and the ring gear is released, the moving contact 23 is returned to the original position, fixed contacts 24 and 25 are opened, and separate fixed contacts 26 and 27 are closed. The generated voltage is applied to a grounded circuit as a large load, thus the armature 11 is stopped in a short time.
