摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric rotating machine in which the shape of a coil is simplified, in which the molding operation of the coil is enhanced, which enhances the dissipation of heat from the end of the coil and which can be miniaturized. SOLUTION: This electric rotating machine 1 is constituted of a stator 2 which comprises a plurality of concentratedly wound windings 5. In addition, the electric rotating machine is constituted of a rotor 3 which is arranged so as to face the stator 2. The windings 5 are molded coils which are molded in advance in a coil shape. When the windings 5 as the molded coils are inserted into a slot formed in the stator 2, winding end 5a and a winding end 5b which protrude from the end 4a and the end 4b of a stator core 4 are bent so as to come into contact with the stator end 4a and the stator end 4b.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To coaxially arrange a resin magnet on the rotating shaft of a permanent-magnet rotor with high accuracy while the balancing work in the manufacturing process of the rotor is reduced and, at the same time, to improve the stability of the rotor when the rotor is rotated by forming a reinforcing ring which covers the outer periphery of the resin magnet in the shape of a bottomed cup, and installing a reinforcing side plate which covers the opening of the ring to the ring. SOLUTION: A reinforcing ring 3 is made of a magnetic material and formed in a bottomed hollow cylinder. The bottom section of the ring 3 has a bottom section positioning hole 31 for passing the rotating shaft 2 of a rotor 1 so that a rotor core 11 and the ring 3 can be arranged coaxially with high accuracy. A reinforcing side plate 4 works as a lid for housing the core 11 in the ring 3, and has such an outside diameter that the plate 4 can be fitted in the ring 3 and a side-plate positioning hole 41 formed so that the ring' 3 can be arranged coaxially with the rotating shaft 2 with high accuracy similarly to the hole 31. Therefore, a resin magnet can be arranged coaxially on the rotating shaft 2 with high accuracy and the stability of the rotor when the rotor is rotated can be improved.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an insulation layer of a coil having substantially uniform thickness by compression shaping an arranged coil from at least three ways with respect to the cross section thereof except the intersecting part of the wire and then bonding the fusion layers between adjacent self-welding wires while sustaining the compressed shape thereby attaining a high space factor. SOLUTION: The coil sides of a completed coil 5 are set, along with a spool, in a U-shaped groove formed by shaping pieces 2a, 2b, 2c and then upper dies 16a, 16b of the press machine are lowered for compression shaping the coil sides. The shaping pieces 2b, 2c come into contact with the pressing face 16c of the upper die of the machine to cause the pressing face 16c to slide on the pressing face 8c of the lower die thus compression shaping the coil 5 from the direction toward the center of cross section of the coil 5, the pressing direction, and the direction substantially perpendicular to the pressing direction. Since the distance a1 between the shaping pieces 2a, 2d becomes substantially equal to the distance a2 between the shaping pieces 2b, 2c, the force acts uniformly on the cross section of the coil 5 in four directions.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance safety of an electric vehicle by controlling the power factor of a motor depending on the storage condition of a battery thereby ensuring a required regenerative brake power without causing any damage on the battery. CONSTITUTION:In case of regenerative braking, the charged state of a battery is detected by a charges state detecting means 5. A charge control means 7 in a controller 3 receiving a detection signal delivers a charging command to a torque component current generating means 70 and an excitation component current generating means 71. The motor current is a sum of a torque component current It and an exciting component current I and the magnitudes thereof are controlled by a charge command delivered from a charge control means 7 thus varying the power factor. Losses of motor and inverter are decreased/ increased and the charging current is increased/decreased by controlling the power factor of the motor thus ensuring a constant brake power. Since a required regenerative brake power can be ensured without causing any damage on the battery, safety is enhanced in the operation of an electric vehicle.
