    • PURPOSE:To judge the quantity of cloth precisely and to perform precise operation cycle control corresponding to the quantity of cloth even a large quantity of cloth exist by obtaining the accumulating total of voltage cycle time at every repeat of turning on/off of a motor, and detecting the quantity of cloth by adding prescribed time on the accumulating total when no voltage cycle time is detected when the motor is turned off. CONSTITUTION:In a cloth quantity detecting cycle, inversion stirring with on-time for 0.4sec and off-time for 1sec is performed, and the counter electromotive force of the motor 8 when a rotor 6 is rotated with inertia in off-time is detected with the terminal voltage of a capacitor 8a for motor 8 driving, and it is converted to a DC rectangular pulse, and the quantity of cloth is decided by measuring a time t1 between the pulses. Even when the measurement of the pulse time width t1 for even one time out of ten times is missed in the case of applying a load exceeding a certain level, it follows that a rank must be set at a large quantity load i.e., the same cloth quantity rank as that of a rated load. Therefore, a certain constant value is decided in advance when no pulse time width t1 is impossible to measure. The value is decided setting a measurable maximum cycle as reference. In such a way, it is possible to bracket the cloth quantity rank with especially capacitance in the neighborhood of rated capacitance.

The auxiliary small blade 51 is located between the main blades 50 and 52 of the rotary vane 6, and the height of the main blades 50 and 52 are set at H and (h), and that of the auxiliary small blade 51 at h2. The height H/h of the main blades 50 and 52 are set between 1.1 to 1.5, and sensing accuracy can be improved by setting H/h at >=1.1, and resistance received by the blade is increased and a mechanical force applied to wash is increased and the wash is impaired by setting H/h at >=1.5. When h2/h is set between 0.2-0.8 and h2/h less than 0.2, the mechanical force applied to the rotary vane is decreased since contact with the cloth is reduced, and also, when h2/h exceeds 0.8, the valley of the main blades 50 and 52 disappears, which lowers the mechanical force applied to the cloth.

The brake panel 114 gets contact with a brake attenuator 118 and a lower case 121 with pressure by the brake attenuator 118, brake oscillator spring 119 and volt 120 for spring. Then, the surface of the lining 115 is engraved while including oil and further the grease including the molybdenum dislufide is applied further. The grease generates the stable brake torque and prevents a foreign tone such as a ringing tone, etc., when the lining 115 is slid.

CONSTITUTION:Since a clutch spring 128 is engaged with a hole 139 of a boss 124 to be rotated integrally with a washing and dehydrating tank 5, the clutch spring 128 is forcedly set in a direction, where the clutch spring is more loosened, and the energy is accumulated when the clutch spring tends to return. The return of the clutch spring is prevented by holding a spring color 130 with the frictional force of a manipulation band 137 provided in the outer peripheral part of the spring colar 130. However, the accumulated energy of the clutch spring 128 trues to return a clutch spring 129 to an original with the spring colar 130 against the frictional force of the manipulation band 137. Then, by suppressing the difference psid2-psid1 between an outer diameter psid1 of the clutch spring 128 and an inner diameter psid2 of the spring colar 130 less than 10% for the outer diameter psid1 of the clutch spring 128. Thus, the clutch spring 128 is prevented from spreading any more.
